Physician's Software Training Seminar
There will be a training class for ECLIPSE® Physician's Software at the Wyndham Resort Hotel in Ft Lauderdale, Florida on Thursday, December 14th, 2000. This is the site of the 2000 Winter Convention held by the Florida Chiropractic Association. The class will be held from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch with a question and answer period after the class. The following subject matter will be covered. Proper Configuration and setup, Database structure for your needs, Proper patient entry, Account screen function, Entering charges and payments, Adjusting responsibility why and when, Error detection and correction, Collection methods, Account resolution basics, Loss prevention, Staff performance tracking, Reports and stats, Notes and narratives, and any other issues that are of your concern. This will be a detailed look at the final release of Version 8 and the new features will be discussed in depth. No class time will be dedicated to Version 7, but questions will be answered after class if necessary. After the class is completed, all attendees will be given the update to Version 8. The room is being provided courtesy of the Florida Chiropractic Association. Members of the Florida Chiropractic Association will receive a discount on the cost for this event. This will be a class suited for all but the very new user and will cover a variety of subjects. Give your staff the tools to help you become more profitable! This is also a "Flex Time" convention being held by the FCA. They are giving you a choice in which hours and which days you want to attend to fulfill your state requirements. Call the FCA office and find out about this new feature. We will have a list of alternative hotels within a few minutes of the Wyndham Resort available upon request starting in October. Future Seminars We currently have a class scheduled on the Thursday prior to each Florida Chiropractic Association Convention for the year 2000 and 2001. We are hoping to provide Internet based video training early in 2001 for those of you with specific problems in remote areas.
